Major renovation of Residence de l'Europe

A major renovation of the west facade of Residence de l'Europe is planned for the winter of 2026/2027. During this period, necessary replacements, sustainable improvements, and an aesthetic update will be made to the building. The following work will be carried out.

• Replacing the wooden window frames on the terraces with aluminum sliding doors featuring sun-protective HR++ glass
• Replacing and adding extra insulation on the roof and balconies
• Replacing the current balcony screens and privacy walls with fully glazed balconies featuring privacy panels in the same color as the window frames
• Adding extra insulation to the facade with new cladding
