Closure of beach section Oase to High Hill Beach

On Friday 26 June, the beach area between the Oase beach pavilion and the High Hill Beach pavilion will be completely closed from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm due to the traditional Gaaischieten event.

During this shooting festival, firearms are used to shoot at targets in the air, so the municipality of Veere temporarily closes this part of the beach for safety reasons.

Beach cabins in this area may not be used on that day. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind if you use or rent them.

For questions or more information, please contact the municipality of Veere, the event's permit issuer.
